Services
All of our technology services are inclusive of your annual Maintenance, Upgrade and Support Agreement (MUSA); this is an integral part of your service as it effectively future-proofs your investment, ensuring that you're always using the most up to date version of the software / website.
Our UK based support team are available from 0830 - 2100h, Monday to Friday, and are on hand to answer any technical query regarding the software. After your initial training, you'll also be invited to attend free of charge Software Master Classes, group training courses which cover most areas of your software, and can be used to train new starters, increase your knowledge, or just refresh your memory.
