Integrated Online Proofing
| Proof Portal has been developed specifically for online proofing and print management.
It is fully integrated with ClickPromo Enquiry and eCommerce websites, allowing users to proof and order print online. The seamless integration with TransAction Software enables proofs to be downloaded along side orders. PDF Proofs
- Templates are uploaded into a central proof manager, which stores PDF templates, fonts and customer proofs
- Variable text can be uploaded in the form <var01>, fonts, sizes and other attributes will be recognized on upload
- The functionality to change any aspect of variable is available
- Variables can be grouped to create multiple lines of text that shuffle depending on whether all lines are completed
- Ability to add mandatory fields
- Image swop functionality, allows users to swop, rastor or vector image areas with their own logo, which can then be automatically re-sized to fill area or used at standard
- Output proofs have the option to be watermarked
Integration
- Sales Orders are automatically downloaded into TransAction Software with the link to the approved PDF
- PDF proofs are stored online to allow easy access for customers, sales staff and printers
- Automatic 'Raise Purchase Order' routine has been built into TransAction to create purchase orders and send them via email to the relevant supplier with the product description and PDF link embedded
Users
Users of Proof Portal get all of the standard functionality with their eCommerce ClickPromo website with the added ability to re-order past orders and view and submit past proofs, therefore ordering time for existing customers is dramatically reduced.
Image Store
Image banks can be set against a template or a user, allowing customers to choose an image to swop into a template from a central store against the template or an image that is user specific.
Field Mapping
User specific information can be stored and mapped to particularly variable fields in a template, allowing entry of variables to be automatically populated with user details.
